A USPAP stands for “Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice” is the generally recognized ethical and performance standard for the appraisal profession. USPAP contains standards for all types of appraisal services, including real estate, personal property, business and mass appraisal.
Our estimator’s valuers are all based locally, are experts in their respective fields and can handle any estimation or valuation project large or small. If the formal ASA valuation is a large or complex job we will contact you to discuss a more detailed quotation for the formal valuation you require by our ASA-qualified valuers. The Valuations are only for use by the person making the request.
